It is a modern concept, built for people who want the breakfast spread without the table.

The build is wrap discipline applied to a breakfast assortment. A thin flatbread, *lavaş* or a similar soft round, is laid flat and warmed so it stays pliable. The contents are the breakfast-plate set rather than one filling: white cheese or *kaşar*, *sucuk* or other cured meat, egg, tomato, cucumber, olives, herbs, sometimes a paste or honey-and-butter, arranged in a line so the roll carries the assortment evenly.
