Khubz Samoon (خبز صمون)
Samoon bread; diamond-shaped Iraqi-style bread.
Khubz Saj (خبز صاج)
Saj bread; paper-thin bread baked on convex metal dome. Used for wraps.
Khubz Markouk (خبز مرقوق)
Markouk bread; large, thin mountain bread. From Mount Lebanon.
Khubz Kmaj (خبز كماج)
Kmaj bread; soft pocket bread, thicker than Arabic bread.
Khubz b'Zayt (خبز بالزيت)
Bread with olive oil; bread dipped or drizzled with oil.
Khubz Arabi (خبز عربي)
Arabic bread; round, flat, pocket bread. The everyday bread of Lebanon.
