The Uitsmijter Compleet is the loaded version of the Dutch fried-egg plate, the one ordered "with everything." Where the base format carries a single savory layer under the eggs, the compleet stacks the lot, typically ham and cheese together, and often bacon as well, beneath the same crown of fried eggs on open bread eaten with a knife and fork. The angle is that this is the maximal build in the family, so the test is not whether it has enough on it but whether the kitchen kept it in balance instead of letting a thick stack overwhelm the eggs and bury the bread.

The build runs in order and the order keeps the stack from collapsing. Slices of bread, white or brown, are laid flat and buttered as a moisture barrier under a heavier load than usual. The savory layers go on in sequence: ham and cheese spread to cover the bread, with bacon, fried crisp and separate, added on top of them in the fuller versions. The eggs finish it, two or three, fried so the whites are fully set and the yolks stay liquid, laid over the whole stack so the yolk breaks down through everything when cut. Some kitchens read compleet as ham, cheese, and bacon; others stop at ham and cheese with extra trimmings; a few add tomato or other garnish. Bread choice tilts the base, white softer and brown firmer, and the eggs are seasoned plainly.
